Capt. Mike is an experienced sailor with over 20 years of sailing and SCUBA experience. Mike owns several different vessels and has sailing experience in the Atlantic, Pacific, Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico, and many inland lakes in the US and Canada. In just the last 10 years alone, Capt. Mike has logged more than 1000 days on the water.

Qualifications include:

• USCG 50 ton Masters Mariner license
• USCG 100 ton OUPV (6 pack) Inland and Coastal
• USCG Sailing Endorsement
• USCG Towing Endorsement
• ASA Certified Instructor
• US Sailing Certified Race Officer
• Amateur Radio Operator (N5IQP)
• PADI Rescue Diver
• PADI Master Diver
• C.P.R., AED, and First Aid Certified by the American Heart Association
• American Citizen
• Federal Background Check every 5 years
• Winner of many regattas including long distance offshore, Lakefest, Leukemia Cup, and Dallas Race Week.
